7. How are my items shipped?
All items are carefully packaged to prevent
damage during transit. PCToyShop.com ships with either DHL or Purolator to
provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.
8. When should I expect to receive my
shipment?
Delivery time averages 3 to 5 business days
once your item(s) leave our facility. If you provide a valid email address when
ordering, a notification will be sent when the shipment occurs. The email will
include a link to the carrier's website where you can
track the progress of your shipment online.
Note: We do not charge your credit card until
your order is shipped.
