General Policy for Returns:

At PCToyShop.com, we offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee. We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever.

Here are the procedures to follow for your return:

* Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. * The request form can be accessed by clicking "Return Merchandise" under the "My Account" tab, after logging in. * One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns.
* Once you receive your RMA number, write it on outside of the box when you return your merchandise.
* When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. PCToyShop.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
* Customer must inform PCToyShop.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
* All returns must have the original packaging, accessories, UPC codes, and manuals.
* Inside the package, include RMA number, copy of invoice or proof of purchase.
* The shipping fee is non-refundable.
* Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
* Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.

We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
* Any DVD and CD media that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
* Any DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of the media.
* Any photo papers that has been printed or used.

Return Policy for Refunds

You may return most items sold by PCToyShop.com within 30 days from the invoice date. No Refunds are allowed after 30 days. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.

Return Policy for Warranty:

Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product, as listed on the product detail page.

Return Shipping Cost:

In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns if the returned product is not defective or ordered by your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to PCToyShop.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. PCToyShop.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components, or excessive wear.

All Clearance products (e.g. floppy disk, refurbished, new and opened box items) purchased from PCToyShop.com will not be accepted for returns.
